PAIN STAY MOVE TOLERANCE
I’m kinda going through a situation at the moment. A situation which for me, has emotionally lasted since 2017. Put a lot of happiness and sadness in it. But last couple years been more sadness and anger. How do you know when your tolerance has had it? Is there a sign for it? Or is the situation the sign to let go?
My grandmother was in the same situation and after 7 years for her, she had to end it. It’s gonna be 7 years, later this year, for me emotionally in this and I just don’t know what to do. My therapist side (because we are all our own therapist) is like you need to do what’s best for you… which would be right now. But the other side is like wait a little longer. But even waiting, will I even be the same person that was hopeful before? I’ve already seen change in myself and that change makes me think the other party won’t find it worth it.
Things are just too painful, not even I can fully understand but I feel it in my heart how much it hurts. I just don’t know if I have the tolerance. And if i do, would I be 100%? I’m sure this rant might be vague, but I feel some of you can relate when it comes to making decisions in general about something.

THRILLER SERIES
So, I finished the first season last night and I tossed and turned all night. Dreamt about it all night. WTF! lol Loved the show, can’t wait to see what happens. Basically, there’s people that work for this mysterious company. However, their mind is severed. So basically, when they are at work, they only remember their work life. Once they walk out, they don’t remember anything that happened at work. Ben Stiller directed this and it’s quite amazing.Clever?? Idk yet because I’m still like ugh!!! Have you seen DEVS? The elongated mystery reminds me of that.
KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON (APPLE TV) * * * * *
CRIME MOVIE
Ok, this is an over 3 hour movie. I wouldn’t say it lagged or it was slow… I felt it had necessary detail in the story. I thought it was a really good film. It has to do with the Osage people and the land filled with oil that the white men are hungry for.

THRILLER SERIES
I enjoyed this series a lot. Although, I pretty much knew 80% of what was going on, it was still great acting. Tom Holland amazed me (without the spidey suit). I’ve watched a lot of movies and shows about this topic so nothing really surprised me much. Just a FEW. If you watched Doom Patrol, you would get it.

HEALTH AND WELL-BEING
Early Month: My hair line is thinning out so I got Weem gummies, they had a great rating so wish me luck lol! I will report end of month.
Mid Month: I feel like I see a difference but I have also missed a few days recently because I haven’t felt well.
End Month: I think I see a change, let me do another month before showing results because I was sick and didn’t take for almost a week.
WORKING OUT! Yes finally been back to working out. I finally found something I really enjoy. I got myself a rowing machine. It’s not huge and I got the one where you actually ROW the arms around. I’ve been doing it for over a week and I already see changes. Great full body workout!
